4:49 It's my go-to shot in Cricket 07 once the field spreads out on a batter reaching 75 in a Test. Given I don't sweep the ball much, I can cut that away against spinners for easy boundaries.

I do prefer precision shots over defensive shots if I want to fend off deliveries or to hog strikes on the final ball of the over.
That's nice, I always struggle with that shot and end up getting caught behind lol
The odd thing is: You can't cut the ball on Arcade controls, and never do an aggressive shot on Easiest difficulty even if you are hitting it right to a fielder to get a cheap run.
I had lost all my top 4 batsmen vs. Australia in the same T20 match tonight. Only difference: I still won because I used more bowlers to restrict Australia rather than trying to get wickets early.

Bro I have always wondered that does pointing the left stick in the direction of ball has any effect on batting or do we have to just point upwards or backwards to choose frontfoot or backfoot
Yes, it will help you to reach the ball if it is wide. So if you wanna cover drive a full wide ball off the front foot it would be ideal to move the stick towards 7 or 8 o clock
Can you guide on the timings of footwork I mean we need to move both sticks at once or the footwork stick a bit early?
It is a combination and varies from time to time. But, generally I move footwork first, just half a second before the direction.

Just search the name of team in the community and set sort by to date. Check first 3 teams and those will most probably contain new kits. If not check the first whole line. If you want licensed kits wait for next patch as ross confirmed that they will be added in next patch
Brother is there any key in keyboard or controller. Not drs im saying .. for bowler to appealing for lbw.. like shouting for it if ball hit the pad

Is it necessary to use the footwork stick to move according to the line, length of the delivery, and placement of the shot? My batter always edges the ball if I don't use the footwork stick accordingly. Is that a glitch or the intended gameplay?
Yes, it is necessary just like in real life.

how to turn off invert batting in Cricket 24? Like if i'm aiming toward cover, the batter will go for an on-side or leg-side drive. I dont see any option to invert it so the shot is played in the direction of the analog and not opposite.
Try Settings - general settings - controls - batting control direction - camera relative

Bro in test match while facing off spinner from around the wicket when i point my left stick towards offside and try to defend sometimes the foot lands in the opposite direction and the result is that I am bowled. How to fix it
It is a bug currently with standard control. Are you using standard?

Hey i have an issue,I opened my game and it said you logos have corrupted and when i continued,all my downloaded logos are gone but the teams are there.
The big ant logo is there for all my downloaded teams like india and sa20 teams what should i do?
Others on consoles are also experiencing this issue. No solution so far, just keep raising tickets.

@Rakshit.Rathod I cant guarantee on if that will fix it too as I have no access to what the support team have replied to those with issues. Hence, it is always ideal for you to contact the support team and see what they are saying.
Anyway since the last patch a lot of issues going on with community teams. Even the teams that I created have got corrupted

Bhai cricket 22 mai wider lines mai jo balls hoti hain unko mai maar nhi paa rha jabki footwork bhi sahi krta hu pr phir bhi short wide balls miss ho jati hain pro controls mai khelta hu mai
Wo game ka bug hai, Cricket 24 me bhi same hai- wide balls maar nahi paate
So footwork is binary thing in pro control too.
I think it is a bit more nuanced here compared to standard, you can use the stick to move it to left and right too to get to the pitch of the ball. For simplicity, I have only used front and back foot movement here.
bro actually can you make a video on how to use procontrols on keyboard using Keyboard splitter . I would be rlly usefull

There is no such thing as that. Timing will vary from people to people depending upon the slider settings for late/early timing window, visualisation speed etc. You just have to practice it in the nets option in the game
Bro when i play using pro controls when i try to play shot toward cover region the batter swings the bat toward fine leg region and when i try to play shot toward fine leg region the batter swings the bat toward the cover region what is this problem.
That should never happen. Every time? Never heard of that unfortunately. Try to raise a ticket but need to submit video proof there

Arcade mode is easier or pro one?
It is based on preference. Arcade will use the buttons to play shot while Pro control will use the thumbsticks and shoulder buttons.
Pro control has more shots and no bugs.

Unfortunately, won't be able to do Arcade as I haven't used it since c19 and also a lot of these shots are simply not possible using arcade. Timing can't be taught bro, you have to do it in nets
Why there is no new patch coming? The game is still so glitchy. Sweep shot is not working, some stadium has lighting problems, and some other have camera problem. it still needs a lot fixing they shouldn't have stopped giving us new patches. And yeah commentary is even worst than cricket 22😂
Yea, patch will come - maybe couple more - but not sure when! May be a PSL update and an IPL roster update
