Really nice video. I've played with Shapemaster a little but I don't have the paid version. I have messed with clocking it with ramps. If I remember correctly that sort of gets round the restrictions of the free version? I need to go back to it.
Yes you can use the trigger input, but everything is time based so it's difficult to change the tempo, especially when you have lots of channels at the same time. And you miss the external poly cv inputs, but it gets you in the ballpark :)
Yes, as you say it gets you in the ballpark but isn't a replacement. I should buy the full version. All Mindmeld modules are excellent! I was last using it in Cardinal with the handy ramp generator on its host clock input module.@@optoproductions
