Iv been saying since January the fact we didn't even get one loan through the door to help out. The owners are ready to move EH on, to be fair it seems they may be right. He hasn't helped himself sticking with Burn/Longstaff/Almiron and only having a plan A. All those last minute losses in important games because we failed to manage games and not make subs, must of ruined the teams confidence.

Enjoying the content lads new subscriber. Personally I'm not angry because I knew we would get beat yesterday, our away form is relegation level this season. For me the poor investment in the summer has come back to bite us it was so obvious we didn't have enough quality; going into a UCL campaign with no true DM or number 10 and not upgrading the rw or Lb positions was a huge mistake and that's down to the board and Eddie Howe. We didn't need an injury prone Harvey Barnes or (for where we are) Tino and Lewis Hall who are luxury players imo they're not first choice but could still end up costing a combined £70m. Eddie Howe has been poor this season and for me he has 10 games to save his job, we have some very winnable games on paper.

Tonight was poor but we are second highest away goals conceded to Sheffield Utd, a season statistic that tells the real story. The crowd knows that the squad is carrying passengers who don't have Top 6 skill levels, so tactically we need to combine intensity with playing compact with the midfield limiting space in front of the back four....with bursts of speed to either counter-attack or play offensively for short periods. That Eddie Howe insists on playing open, attacking football just confirms he, despite the crowd and the journos telling him to play a more compact game, is not learning his craft well enough to become elite. As much as we all want him to succeed, he's on borrowed time.
