Halo Double Edge (halo mega bloks stop motion)

- After an attack on a ONI Reap X facility that was using Covenant war era weapons for research and development by a group of insurrectionist arms dealers ONI enlisted a Spartan Headhunter team to hunt them down and retrieve the stolen equipment
The team, made up of
Spartan J 115
Surviving Spartan 2 that had escaped the battle of reach and had fought against the covenant for years after with his partner A.I Cassie. thier relationship may seem odd to some but you can only have someone literally swimming around in your head before you become attached to them.
Second member of the team
Recon 66
Spartan 3 that had been a ODST about the same time that J spartan got off reach. Recon has seen more friends die in the war then someone with the clearance he has should. Even though the war ended for most of the UNSC it didn't end for him and he joined up with ONI after they looked into his record after the battle of earth.
Both spartan may be under ONI's orders but the spartan program in overseen but Sarah Palmer and the UNSC infinity so they follow their lead. So in this operation the HEadhunter team will be teaming up with a Member of the swords of sanghelios to deal with the arms dealers without causing a political incident with ongoing political talks between the UNSC and Sanghelios.
the situation maybe tied to Jackal pirate associated with Jul Undama's covenant and these pirates have made an enemy of the swords of sanghelios so hence the unofficial joint operation.

I like how they stuck to the lore path and made sure the older model armor had a jetpack, while the newer one came with built in thrusters

Really love how you used a Kig-yar as the main villain too, that never happens. All the special effects and voices were good as well, your sword duel scene was really interesting, and I like how you showed that the Spartans weren't exactly the most moral heroes. Just soldiers getting the job done
The Canadian joke was very entertaining, also I'm glad I found this, it's very well made.

ThunderBladeTHX it's not they forget them, it's just harder to add them for some animators with limited special effects.
It's funny, when I was looking up reference of energy shields I looked up a old episode of Stargate atlantis that was a perfect reference to what halo energy shields should look like when taking damage. I did it with masking and Fractal Noise and it worked out better than I hoped

Hey! It's you! You're very well qualified to talk about great animations, aren't you?
I mean, I wouldn't say that. MovieHunter has always had the better animations, quality-wise. On its own, this video is hands down better than most of what I've made, the only advantage I have is sheer quantity. That's not necessarily a bad thing - we just have different styles and focus on different things. MovieHunter does a more "movie" style where the video is very good quality-wise but has to tell the story in a shorter amount of time, whereas I do a more "series" style where the action/effects aren't as great but I can have things like long-term character development.
What Double Edge proves is that you CAN do a one-off video that still has important character moments, even if it has to be a pretty long video for that to be viable. You get serious points for that in my book.

Wow I can’t believe this video was put out in 2016…man time sure does fly. I remember I use to watch this video over and over again. Everytime I watched I was still on the edge of my seat. I can’t explain how happy I was to randomly stumble across this vid again. This video basically got me into mega bloks(now mega construx) and inspired me to make ny very own custom figures. I would just like to say how much I love this video even after all these years. I hope time has been good to you gun nut.

Of I have one thing to ask you for, can I give you ideas for your next video? If you say yes, I can tell you that the next storyline could be about a group of odsts that are sent by Oni to stop a covenant frigate from destroying a UNSC space station that gives the UNSC an advantage towards the war between humans and the covenant. For the first part of the storyline it should be that the main five odsts in a conversation with Oni specialists figuring out how to destroy the covenant frigate before destroying the UNSC space station.
