I know I didn’t delete these memories. I also know that I shared the memories with other friends (I always save the chats) but there is no trace of anything from the first three months of covid..
Even if my account settings were different back then, know I shared them with people I have on my snap still. Which saved..
I also looked through all the stories I had around the same time, no trace there either.
The problem with mine is I logged into my snap chat but I went to snaps and there where no pictures. I’d didn’t even delete them or do anything to the what could I do 😕😫

Unfortunately, it's not possible to recover lost Memories that weren't successfully backed up.

You can try recovering your Snapchat memories using your laptop or phone. You can request your Snapchat data again if the previous one is already expired.

Make sure to update Snapchat from the Google Play Store to the most recent version. Then launch Snapchat. In My Profile, go to Settings. Scroll down and tap "Clear Cache," then click "Continue." Clearing your cache will not remove any of your Memories, Snaps, or Chats. Turn off your phone for one minute and then turn it back on. If you still can't see all of your Memories, try these steps again. Before you log out of Snapchat, log in to Snapchat on a different device, or delete Snapchat, be sure your Memories are entirely backed up! Hope this helps!

Yes, you can request your data from two years ago. But also remember that if you're looking to retrieve Snaps, then that is not possible. Snapchat servers are programmed to delete all Snaps after they have been viewed by all receivers. Snapchat servers are also designed to erase unopened one-on-one Snaps after 31 days. Snapchat servers are designed to delete unopened Snaps delivered to a Group Chat after 7 days.

It has probably been months since you've deleted those. Also, have you sent a request to Snapchat for your data? There should be a zip file containing all the data you shared with Snapchat.

@@serenity3299 Same they sent me all the ones i have on Snap and none of the ones i have deleted. So this serves no purpose, we are all trying to get back deleted stuff not things we already have.

does this only work for 30 days after deleting? can they return even after 5 months?
You can submit a request to Snapchat, and they will give you an email where you can download all your Snapchat memories. With that being said, note that it is not possible to retrieve memories on the app itself. However, also remember that if you already deleted a Snap from your Memories, the servers will automatically erase that Snap as soon as possible to save your storage.
@@JigxorTutorials I have tried this, but only those videos that I have saved are shown. I tried to delete something, but when I searched for my data and Snapchat sent me an email again, the deleted videos and photos did not appear.

Hi. Did you perform a factory reset on your iPhone? Because if you did, that might be the reason why you lost your photos. If you notice that some of your Memories are empty or grey, you may need to update Snapchat and free up some storage space on your device. Before you log out of Snapchat, log into Snapchat on a different device, or uninstall Snapchat, make sure your Memories are completely backed up!
