What a genuine guy. Even the way he didn’t want to ask for a picture of Ali because he thought he might have been busy. Such an amazing person.
My sixteen yr old nephew died of leukaemia complications a month ago so this was really moving. I was so proud when we topped our CL group this morning by being the first English team to win all 6 matches but this reminds me what YNWA is about. Please put yourself on the donor list.
I was like, wow this guy is so like me. That’s something I would totally do too, because I realise that these celebrities are humans too.

What a respectful guy… honestly man he saved her life and asks for nothing, expects nothing, doesn’t want anything. Doesn’t even want to bother Ali for a picture because he thought he was busy… so so much respect for that man. We need more people like you Ethan.
Bone marrow transplants are very painful but very safe procedures. There are some risks but it’s nothing like a kidney transplant where you’re life span is shortened. The challenging thing is finding a donor. It is very very rare to find a donor who isn’t your sibling and few people register because of how painful the procedure is and a lack of public awareness. They were so lucky he signed up because they probably wouldn’t have found anyone else. Good on this guy. I’m absolutely sure saving her life must have been more than enough reward for him. I’m sure he feels speechless that Ali and Nivia would go out of his way to do this for him for what he must have felt was a very unimportant day in his life in comparison to the day of the person receiving the marrow. Watching this with tears rolling down my face, the guy who done bone marrow transfer is absolutely amazing person. Allison is just the best.
My parents were worried about me being almost emotionless at some points. And then I started supporting Liverpool FC. They believe in me now.

I would recommend it. It's easy to sign up. I would also suggest living organ donation as well. I'm going through the process of donating a kidney at the moment. It's so easy to save a life.

As a reward he was given a guided tour of Anfield by their goalkeeper and invited to a VIP experience for one of their matches.
At the end he encourages others to consider donating.

I lost my Dad to leukaemia in 2013, aged 52. He was a huge Liverpool supporter through and through. He was matched with a stem cell participant in Germany, but he was too ill to have the transplant and passed away in Feb 2013. My brother continues to go to every Liverpool game. This makes me so fucking happy! Well done to the young lady for beating it with this lads generous gift of life ♥️ I urge everyone to join the Anthony Nolan register, you really could save a life xx
