It didn't feel like a movie, in my opinion. More like a long special to introduce new characters within the world of Descendants. That's not me knocking the movie, but its issues (such as not diving deeper into Bridget's because I feel like there could've been more done there) hold it back in a way. I did enjoy it overall, though.
I like it in my opinion and the ending was rushed but maybe they had a time limit or one of the cast had to go somewhere during the end of the shooting but I don't really know.
@@Alicorness probably a time limit because they did cut out a lot of the scenes that would have made it longer. They were going for a specific time I think, probably to fit in the second half
