No need to worry! I was thinking this is too complex, but thank god for the colour booklet which tells you in depth information about cooking all kinds of food with table charts. Also it has a few recipes to boot.

Hi we have purchased this item, this is really brilliant but the problem is we were wondering if there any other different colours of the item instead of dark black colour? Please don’t get us wrong we are not fussy about the colours but we have got a daughter that he is visually impaired and struggled to see dark colours specially black colours sadly we were wondered if there are any different colours like grey or something so she can use it without our help… Thanks

My brother bought a ninja now he looks like a sumo wrestler 😅 I warned him that he would gain weight 🤷 I bought my standard air fryer 5 years ago, and gained 10KG in just 6 months 😱 Now all the foods I enjoyed cooking in the air fryer became expensive so I stopped using it.. now I've lost 15KG and my BMI is too low 😭
When is Ninja ever going to add a pre-heat button. You set the default time to 20 minutes which means 17 button presses to start the pre-heat process. Biggest flaw that seems to be on every model.

Why do you show a basket full of fries?? It's virtually impossible to cook this many fries. Anything more than a few centimetres will take forever to cook, especially frozen fries. As the fries defrost they become soggy and squash the fries at the bottom, plus you can't shake a basket filled with half defrosted fries 🙄

You don't need to pre heat. It says so in the instructions
When food is ready, how do you get it out of the drawer? There's this big plate on the bottom? I don't see any baskets!
I use my trained black widow spider to gently lift out the cooked food....😂
