June is definitely the time to BUY in Myrtle Beach, and the best kept "secret" are the mobile home RETREAT communities right on the Intracoastal, where you not only can get a home even nicer than a condo, but a true lifestyle for less than $120K!
For those who can afford it, my family members retired from teaching jobs in NJ, sold their house for close to $600K, bought a MH for less than $120K and put a half a million dollars in the bank!!
The time is NOW to be checking Zillow, and zeroing in on MH's that have been remodeled, since if you can grab one of those, it's just turn the key and move in like my cousins did, and they are LOVING THE NORTH MYRTLE LIFE!

Oh wow, I was just at Broadway today too haha! I went later though after the RV Show at the Convention Center. And yes, the Bone Thugs show was DEFINITELY A MADHOUSE LOL! I made a mad dash to get out of there once it was over!😂I appreciate you sharing a clip of it!😁Great video as always!

Fun episode. I've been going to Broadway at the Beach since it opened, and I'm glad to see they keep revising to keep it contemporary and fresh. I'll wait until all the construction is done and then come for another visit. I like my Broadway at the Beach experience to be a little on the escapist side, and orange construction cones doesn't give me that vibe. 😅

You broke my heart with the news of the Simpsons store closing. I have a big collection of Simpsons toys. To see that hurts. However I was one of the few that would buy stuff when I was there. Most of time saw people walk in and out, but that is a lot of the stores along there. Do they really need a Rack Room Shoes.
