@@carrig1739 yeah i also agree with that, I think if he's a serious type of idol or like an idol with a serious character that barely smile, maybe people will take him seriously and acknowledge his handsome face more. He seriously look like Minhyun from nuest, Eunwoo from Astro, and other more handsome celebrities.
When Sunoo dances, you can see he's actually feeling the lyrics/music. That's why his facial expressions are on point with every move.
Honestly I could write a whole essay on this. There is a huge difference between expressive dancing, plain fan service dancing and charisma → Expressive dancing *matches the music/vibe/lyrics* whereas fanservice is appealing to the audience. (e.g. ad-libbing a finger heart in a serious and dark rap) → *Charisma doesnt take you all the way*, but gives you an advantage in achieving it.
Sunoo is the former, his movements are expressive and dynamic, and you can tell it's an innate ability fostered by his genuine care for his own appearance. It's not really something you can teach, and *very rare amongst idols*. It doesn't help to try and replicate stereotypical moves or copy another artists' take. You need to find out what works for you, and movements need to be intentional and planned

Enough said, often idols have the wrong impression that the key to getting better is to dance again and again, or spend hours in the singing booth (not that it's a bad thing), but what brings the wow factor is control of emotion on stage.
Usually main dancers are more likely to nail this, but other (non MAIN dancer idols) I've seen nail this off the top of my head are V (BTS) & San (ATEEZ)
Further, I've been following for quite some time now. There are many idols that struggle with different concepts. The most challenging is the refreshing or "cute" concept for male idols which are used to using that "stare" in the camera. Sunoo has achieved both, the intimidating and the refreshing, uplifting mood → arguably the best of his group, and the best if compared to other new idols, 3rd and some 4th gen.
"Born to be an idol" is a justified way to put it. He used to be a trainee at SM, and I can see why. He has has invaluable personality, in achieving the aura of an idol, and balancing the overall dynamic of the group.

But I really love his dancing, he's the only one that is very fluid, soft and elegant (Sunghoon also dances elegantly). A lot of people underestimate his dancing since it's very different from the others which are more groovy, popping, or hiphop-y. Appreciate his talent more guys!
He is a concept chameleon and can adapt to any concept that they perform. In this fever performance he has this majestic and alluring aura that differs to other fever performance.
