    Following all the points is somehow difficult for the students especially the medical students. One point we all can implement in our lives is that “STOP SLEEPING AFTER FAJR” no matter whatever happens.Even in holidays maintain that routine bcz it takes years to make a successful routine but a few days to break it.
    And the most important, maintain the routine of morning, evening and night adhkaar In Shaa Allah❤❤

    Wsalam, being a doctor ...let me just add...Sleep is a Gift of Allah, repair and growth. But its been years I could even sleep for three hours straight , o Allah give us beautiful sleep in grave ameen.

    My dad comes home in 2 pm ,his business basically starts with evening but still he manges to pray 5 time and also pray tahjuud and sleep like 30 min after tahjudd and then wake up 4 pm with me for fazr .and then sleep after fazr and then wake up at 10.

    ➡️I Trying to sleep as fast as i can after isha
    ➡️I Try not to sleep after Fajr
    ➡️ I do Quran study After fajr with Nouman Ali khan
    ➡️ I need 7 hour's sleep
    ➡️ I do not sleep after Zohr expect Ramadan

    Plz Tauha bhai include the female members of YC and make a video on how mothers of small kids can manage their sleep, house work, study, ibadah etc.
    With little kids around offering salah itself is a feat.. Despite an earnest desire to learn and aquire more knowledge...life seems to be stuck in mundane routine works.

      I feel the same too as for females especially mothers of small kids there is a totally different scenerio where its much harder to maintain a same sleep pattern and same routines

    I SLEPT 3 HOURS A DAY for the past 6 days. Usually, I sleep 5 hours maximum.
    The trick is to do focused work throughout the day. Like getting fully worked up during the day, and do qailullah of 45 mins or 15 mins wallahi it is awesome. I get supercharged and deal with my daily life. It is really effective. But the work that you do should increase daily. Like if you read 20 to 40 pages in 20 minutes you should do it in 10 (sort of way). In the first 15 days you won't settle, you may get a bit aggressive but you will start to speak less and focus/listen more. Then aggression will die, you may experience peace of mind and become smoother/efficient in doing work or whatever you want to do.
    This is my experience up till now. No effect on your body, well my body can't say much about anyone else.

    Thanks to all of my brothers. Mai bas itna suggest karna chahunga ke agar aap log apne apne times mai koi information share karenge to inshaAllah sunne walo ko aur detail mai pata chalenga. Sometimes koi bhai kuch achhi information deraha hota to aur suddenly interrupt hojata hai to wo thoda kharab lagra. Aur sab hi logo ke achhi information ke beach mai kisi dusre ka bolna thoda disturb karta hai. Others MashaAllah aaplog bohot achha kaam karrahe hai Allah aap sabko aise hi saath rakhe aameen

    For Mothers also qelula (Nap) works wonder and qelula is "also" k ap apni surrounding say unconscious hogaye thay even for few seconds ,,that is also qelula because when you wake up after that "aankh lag gayi " thi aur uth gaye and that tiredness is gone magically!....One more thing you can take naps more than one time also ...i think i heard that chinese or Japanese ppl gave nap time to their employees because they want their employees to work better..i am not sure though about it but yeah.

    My entire life I was an amazing sleeper to the extent I could control it. Nap anytime sleep deep anywhere. I live in Australia I went to umrah. I came home and developed such sleep problems such severe sleep issues for years. I was put on sleep anti depressants. It's much better now, it affected my entire life. Iost my faith deen. Lost it all.. just cause I went umrah for 10 days for something good but destroyed my existence . So I'm over it

    8 hrs minimum required becz
    6 hrs NREM
    2 hrs for REM
    REM sleep for memory if we reduce sleep hour REM sleep duration decreases ultimately memory affected
