Kim Coates was GOATED on SOA, glad he’s coming to TWD Universe. He’d be a perfect ruthless leader to some big group similar to how Negan was with the Saviors.
We need a walker Queen. We got the walker king, now give is a bigger more entangled group of walkers. With 3 sets of legs . That way even if you kill one, it still keeps running at you.
We have been graced by the hotness of JDM so I will take many more seasons of Dead City.

THEY’VE GOT TO MAKE THESE SHOWS LONGER THAN 6 MEASLY EPISODES.
The most important one, TOWL, suffered the most from a lack of episodes. 6 is nowhere near enough.
@@Iletyoulive yeah those are ratings on that’s all well and good, that’s not my opinion tho, hence why I shared that I thought the show suffered. I’m one of many who thought the show was very rushed and needed more episodes.
Has there been any news as to whether they plan to expand the episode counts for subsequent seasons of these spin-offs now that all three have aired their first seasons? Only six per season is just not enough. It kind of worked for Dead City's first season, but it hella hurt the believability of The Ones Who Live with respect to how rushed the storylines were -- especially the finalé episode. It's the polar opposite of what the writers did wrong with seasons 7 and 8 of TWD where the All-Out War arc was just dragged-out way too long. These spin-offs need, like, 8-10 episodes. That would a perfect balance, pacing-wise
@Iletyoulive : The pacing to these shows (especially The Ones Who Live) didn't feel at all unnaturally rushed to you? For me, I was turned-off by that finalé especially of TOWL, bc it turned Rick and Michonne into comic book-style superheroes who could accomplish any seemingly impossible task, no matter the odds. Gimple and co. spent all of these multiple years building-up the existential threat posed by the CRM over four different shows in their universe (i.e./e.g.: TWD; FTWD; A World Beyond; and TOWL), but keeping them in the shadows most of that time, only to have Rick manage to topple this super-powerful and super-secretive military organization in just one day?! A story like that needed at least several days to unfold over at the bare minimum two episodes. As a result, these writers also ruined what would've been a great villain (and possibly the TWDU's greatest villain so far) in Maj. Gen. Beale and, in the process, frankly, wasted that actor's time and talents by rushing thru this storyline

That's because Dave Erickson (FTWD showrunner 1-3) was a main writer and producer on SOA for the first 4 seasons. Dayton Callie and Kim Dickens were also on it.

I'm so excited for Dead City season 2....and hope it can be out before the end of this year or the very beginning of 2025. It will feel weird not having any Walking Dead this fall...ugh.
Like to see what this dark side of Hershel, that Logan Kim who plays him has hinting about.......hmmmmmmm.
And Dead City is here in the USA and looks pretty close to the CRM post areas and they are in NY and on the east Coast. Wonder if Dama knew Beale or is very much informed with the CRM..... just saying.
Yep Hershel wasn't a nice guy in the comics😂💯.....but again Logan Kim has hunted we will see a darker side of Hershel. You can Google it👍.
Things didn't go too well in the comics with Hershel especially with Carl in the woods for one👌.

Coates did a good job playing a good guy (for a change) in Silent Hill
The fact that the Domma took Hershel's toe and literally gifted it to Negan is reason enough not to sleep on her. She has the potential to be one of those brutal characters we got in the comics.
