Oh man, so glad this guy stayed. He and Chuck are gonna be the face of the franchise after Bergy and Marchy retire. Pasta's so charismatic you can't help but hope he stays forever. Let's go Bruins!
Beyond the deserved paycheck, beyond the on ice performance; what a joy Pasta is to watch off the ice. A catalyst for all of the warm feelings surrounding this "last dance" team. I look forward to 88's next 8!
pasta - you mean more to me than you will ever know. you have such a special place in my heart! i have struggled a lot over the years with mental illness, and for a while i lost my sense of hope, and what that word meant to me. but you and the boys were always there to remind me of what that feels like, and the power of that feeling. during warmups at the kraken game at the garden back in january, i snuck down close to the ice to see you guys up close, and if i was lucky enough, maybe one of you would see the sign that i brought, that said "thank you for giving me HOPE". me and my friend were just so excited to be so close to the boys, the real home ice, as most of the time we were seeing them on a screen. one lucky moment i noticed pasta gazing up towards where i was in the crowd, and my friend and i started waving, and i pointed to my sign. i saw pasta look up at my sign, look down at us with a smile, and wave at us with a gloved hand. we were so excited that he saw us! but this moment was beyond special to me. my favorite hockey player read my sign; he knew that whenever i was out there watching, wherever i was, he and the whole team are reminding me of how to be hopeful and how to use that as power. i love you, pasta, and you have no idea how much that little wave meant to me! i wear your jersey with so much pride!!! go bruins!!!!
That's beautiful, Mack...I see you, hear you and love you...I just got a new tattoo that says "Keep Breathing" as a band around my wrist, keep on hoping and keep on loving...Go Bruins!!
thank you for sharing Mack. I hope you're doing well. btw, you're comment is very well written and evokes emotion from the reader. consider being a writer, even if it's just as a hobby
A no brainer, I'm old Boston guy, bruins fan for exactly 60 years now, he is generational player, one of, if not the top sniper in the league, and that's saying a helluva lot.
Might be one of, if not the most talented forward we’ve ever had. I know we had some greats in the 60’s-70’s put pasta is a wizard with the puck on his stick
@ Boston Bruins question, How come Jakub Lauko is not listed on the player stat page? He has played 12 games for the B's and has 5 points yet he is not listed?
He’s gonna be this generation’s Boston superstar, might leave more of a legacy than Tatum. Highly debatable, but nothing short of excited to see him play here for so long. Hoping he’s a career B
NHL was willing to-but they wanted to charge Mattel toy company commission... Barbie would have to pay Pasta to promote Barbie Remember, it's not a sport anymore - look at the boards now, ads all over the ice surface... It's a business. No free Barbie advertisements - they gotta pay!
@@stentorofsparta3576you’re telling me he didn’t leave money on the table? He’s one of the best goal scorers in the world and the cap is only going up. He could’ve gotten more in free agency
@@stentorofsparta3576 okay? Lol pasta is much better than Point so that doesn’t matter. Point isn’t even Tampa’s best player. Pasta is the bruins best.

Agreed but I really hope he becomes more responsible with the puck in his own end

This made me happy when i saw the news he resigned
Chills, literal chills🍝🍝🍝🐻
Now if we can just get the NHL Network to talk about him like the do with Crosby, McDavid, and Matthews
Nope. Bruins don't give the media clickbait. They don't stoop that low.

I guess ultimately that whole playing for the love of the game & bruins take discounts doesn’t hold true.
