Add Ice add the Lich King crown and modify the rune colours of the frostmoure, ( light blue) pls the crown with full light blue on the eyes. And i prefer the right shoulder more high but its ok ( that's because when you watch Arthas on WoW wotlk you can see he's so high) and destroy a little her cape. and now you have a real LK.
Fabulous effort on Arthas plate. A pity about the skimpy cloak. It should have been yards and yards of bias cut silk so it would billow and flow when he moved. The wig needs a clever stylist to cut it into wispy layers.
better than the Steve from blizzard. Steve is too skinny - or his shoulder pieces were made too slim . he looked like a slim LK. this one has better proportion

Shouldn't Frostmorne have been sheathed while walking on stage? He draws it, then rests on it with both hands while kneeling. Then he flips his hood back after standing back up. I'm guessing you can't bend you knees that much in that outfit, which is a shame. And Frostmorne was probably to big to have a sheath...
