It was more complicated than I hoped but I got there in the end with the help of this video. The spring for the blade is basically wound around once and not just loaded as it is, otherwise the key will not spring around.

Good video. A few years ago I did the same with those of my 156 and GT keys. Too bad the cover materials are not as good as the originals😮💨

Somehow my key keeps sticking a bit out, any idea what might cause that?

Nope it seems the metal of the key itself is worn (bigger) @ the part where it fits into the holder of the spring.
Any advice on why the button isnt functional? The key blade doesnt lock in when pushed to the side and the button cant be pressed. Ive tried so many times and just cant get it right!

You might be able but it would require lot of modifications
Hey mate, is it possible to replace the black key from a 147 to this key? At work i can cut the key and copy the chip so that is not a problem

I cant get the battery tray completely in. Now the key sticks out when closed. Do you have tips? I tried pushing as hard as i could but couldnt fix it.
Take it apart, and try to reassemble it again, make sure that everything fits as it should

Moze biti i do dugmeta i do kucista, npr ako se kuciste nije uklopilo kako treba
