How the heck did Noggin go from being an educational TV network for kids of all ages to only being a TV network for preschoolers? It doesn't make any sense.
Basically one network split into two. Noggin became the preschool network, the shows of which it always had, and this show alongside the other educational programming moved to The N.

Noggin was owned by Nickelodeon and the Children’s Television Workshop (now known as Sesame Workshop) in the 1999-2002 era of Noggin. Edit: So technically, yes, Nickelodeon was sharing its some of its shows with Noggin.
Exactly how long did it take the Noggin channel to get Phred off of Pluto and get him back home? My money is on Phred got stranded there for like 3 months
