To me any piece of precious metal, be it a one ounce piece of silver or a kilo bar of gold should have an incredible design on it... I recently got a one ounce gold Perth mint rectangular Dragon coin and it is so spectacular to look at and hold... Now if your gold kilo had a spectacular Dragon on it... wow... wouldn't that be worth so much more?
Because people who buy say a 1 oz bar are probably going to hold it, and look at its beauty, but if you buy a 1 kilo bar ur most likely going to melt it down or throw ot in a safe.

At Max is mainly a broker of precious metal more than likely this kilo was a bunch of scrap metal that was melted down to make the bar.
