- Khaddi kabab is an interesting item of Balochi cuisine. Khaddi kabab is a whole lamb or goat cooked underground by placing a fire. The stomach of lamb is stuffed with rice. This rice is cooked in the stomach with the fats of the lamb or goat. This whole khaddi kabab weighs almost 10 to 12 kgs and can be eaten by many people at a time.

Very nice video.. I am from mumbai.. Was recently in Uttarakhand, hill state of India. One thing that stood out throughout 14 days of journey in uttarakhand was goat/sheep meat was so tasty and different from meat that we get in metros/cities/towns..primarily two reasons one they feed on live grass instead of readymade animal feed and also bcoz of water and temperature. This video just just reminded me of most delicious meat I ever had in my life.. Thank you for treating us with lovely Baloch delicacy

Even after partition they are famous. Partition didn’t impacted this. I don’t know about india though

We love Quetta 50 years ago very less traffic particepatenes most of people use phoenix bicycle 🚲from China green colours, Rickshaws were painted from and back side different kind of landscape pictures. Every thing was very cheaper. Now food is more expensive than Switzerland 🇨🇭and Germany.

The thing abt fire n heat is, it wash away all the germs nd dirt, The temp. of that dug was more then 800c. So it becomes very Higienic as it gets. Njoy food 👍
