Am I the only one who thinks that Debbie is 100% a brunette. She has pretty much always been brunette. I’d never call her a redhead. Maybe Brown with red highlights, but not a redhead
I think the word you're looking for is auburn, because that's basically what 'brown with red highlights' is.

I think as she got older she started growing out of being a ginger. She does seem like a brunette
She is probably like me and started off as a redhead but as she got older her hair turned dark while her skin stayed ginger pale. In the right light her hair might have reddish highlights
They really ruined Debbie's character in the later seasons. They turned her into a really terrible person.

Her getting pregnant in season 6 to try to escape her family, failing, and then double-downing on that mistake was her downfall.
Not all the Gallaghers are bad people. They have done some bad things, but they aren’t bad people.
Ian isn’t a bad person, nearly everything bad he did was due to his mental illness when he wasn’t medicated. Generally, he is a good person.
Carl did A LOT of bad stuff as a child and a teen, but he isn’t a bad person. He is now a police officer fighting for a better South Side.
Liam is a good kid with a bright future ahead.
Lip faced a lot of challenges. Did some bad stuff, but he isn’t a bad person. He battled his alcoholism. He’s maintaining his sobriety and he is raising his son the best he can with Tami.
Debbie is rotten. She does horrible things all the time including endangering her child. She is a horrible mother. She never factors Franny into her decision. She loves her but she doesn’t care about what she wants. She doesn’t ever listen and expects everyone else to care for Franny while she does whatever she wants. She’s incredibly selfish and horrible.

The older Foster sister would be ideal as Debbie's real daughter. A bit pycho and out for herself, often times at the expense of her sibling.
An argument could be made whether or not Frannie deserved Derek's benefits but she wouldn't give partial custody so why should he give partial benefits? Also shows how little his family sees her that they couldn't tell that wasn't her

Franny has the potential to be a better and improved version of Debbie. Debbie is such a lame excuse of a mother who used people for their money and cared only about herself. She nagged people about wanting money for childcare and she spends it on luxurious things and returns them in 30 days or less to get her money back. She is such a wreck.
No matter how you see it though she is a Gallagher if anything I hope she grows up to be a Fiona or Ian

In the younger season’s no one took her seriously by having a kid made her realize that she has to raise a kid on her own by herself and making sure people do take seriously now And money is the important part Raising a kid And happy she learned from her older sister
Debbie is a horrible mother
I know it's just a show, but this is so dangerous. There's no guarantee these strangers wouldn't hurt the girl who is causing so much damage. Who did she want her to stab?

If this was a true shameless storyline would be get her pregnant. Then have her lose the baby. That would make her character grow up really quickly. Then make her abandoned the idea of having a baby so young.
Yeah, like they did on The Conners. And that family is a little better than Debbies.
@@michaelleary9233 just watching this show made Debbie character worst every season. Then she wanted a baby so bad at a young age. She wasn't mature enough because toward the later episodes she turned lesbian. It's like the writers didn't know what to do with her character. Then made her character peak too soon. Doesn't matter because she was secondary storyline.
