    The target muscles are the gluteus maximus, quadriceps femoris, and anterior deltoid (colored red).
    Throwing the ball overhead against a wall requires explosive power that begins in the legs, passes through the shoulder joints, the elbows, and the hand. It is important to maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.

    Good video, but the title is misleading. There’s no anatomical analysis here, only some movement instruction and learning progression.
