  • It's pretty cool what Apple has been able to do with computational photography and now embedding it into Raw giving the iPhone 12 Pro way better "dynamic range" You will need iOS 14.3 Beta in order to try it out.

Well, in reality, even a 12 year old DSLR camera with the right lens ( half price of the pro max) will outmatch any smart phone, since the sensor size is way bigger as well as the aperture size. As smartphones sensors and computation advances, regular size camera tech advances along with it parallel and there is really no substitute for aperture size. How about the new mirrorless cameras? Oh boy phones will never catch up to them.

For architecture, especially night shots which is still not easy to take with cameras unless you are very fine with the settings- this will kill.
