I don't have long left...but have never been one for being told what to do and have always been against the powers that be. I'll do whatever it takes to stop or hinder what's coming up...not for me, but for future generations...I guess this for me is why I was put here...to do my part for others. They gave up to 10 years in 2015...who knows, but I'll do my best to make sure future generations are living a real life. Happy New year to you all dude, always much love

Feel the same about being as self sufficient as possible . Can be difficult on a low budget but can still achieve things in small steps . Take care and happy new year 👌🏕

Ideally you want to be self sufficient on NO BUDGET.
@@Anon-xd3cf I know that's the idea. But sadly you need land , materials and some sort of power source . I've seen people go self sufficient but they've needed an initial outlay. I live in a council flat and have no land or property so unless I constantly wild camped, foraged , fished hunted I couldn't be self sufficient without land .

I love old ways! I do like having a small amount of modern, but only quality. Like knives for example... Some really awesome, good quality knives these days, but still, I am using knives, just like old days. Medieval, ancient times, knives been around a long long time. The folding saws we have now are an other example of my liking modern items. But still I don't like being in some big modern house with these electric heaters, etc. I like it the old ways, but with a touch of modern to it, up to a limit. I'd like to have land and build a log cabin and have a wood stove, but I'd still have a campfire outdoors some of the time too.

It wouldn't require all of us , just enough to tip the balance initially . Once that train gathered speed , more would get on board , and we would be unstoppable .

I think your message resonates around the world. Much of the 3rd world doesn't have a choice they are already in survival mode.
But the 1st world takes all of the conveniences for granted and are now terrified of a world with fewer conveniences and rolling black outs, no water, cold temperatures, etc. This is the time for them to reconsider how reliant they want to be on the 'ruling powers' .

I remember that Becky (your daughter) kind of changed my life, most of my life I was an indoor person, until I start seeing Becky's videos, then yours, then your other daughter's videos, and kind of got hooked up on "wild camping" and enjoying outdoor. 2021 was one of the best years in my life, when travelling around and wild camping enjoying each minute being outdoor. Last year however as if something wanted me to stop doing it, I lost car and almost my life (90% of chances to die, according to doctors), recovering though but my life is not the same as it was in 2021, spent few months at a Hospital including 2 weeks in a coma.
Since then I feel like some of the people that are close to me are doing everything to control my life and telling me how to live etc... Since the day of waking up at a Hospital I feel like people think I was just born or something, receiving small amount of money to "kind of" survive does not even goes to me but other person/people. Accident according to Police was not mine but I could not do much as I was dying on that day no memories of the accident, miracously survived and recovering.
I am waiting for one of the lawyers to try to get me some insurance if possible, to see if I will be able to buy some car and travel again (currently prohibited by DVLA due to the accident I went through) I just am tired for months sitting either at Hospital or home and not going out do wild camping or hiking or even walking around (yes I can do all of it), it looks like my "free will" is taken away from me. I never followed anything or anyone unless it is clearly to not hurt people or do anything dangerous to cause issues to anyone or anything. Dying and then suddenly surviving is quite strange life to me now. I wanna drive somewhere I could wild camp or at least enjoy nature, by walking in the forest or somewhere.

@@rdj232 Thank you, I live near Cambridge (Ely/Soham), I remember nothing from the accident, don't remember entering the car nor driving. All I have got from a Policeman that came to visit me, he almost cried saying when he saw me in the car he said "I was dead" to him, looks like miraculously I was not yet, then he said that lady's car (the other person driving other car) was almost not damaged and looked like I tried to avoid collision and drove off the road in addition, she did not want to go to Hospital, while I was put in a coma and flew to Hospital bleeding out. I was thinking if I should ask Police if they checked her blood or used breathalyzer to make sure she was not under anything :P I still could do it but not sure if it would be OK to ask such questions as I wasn't been told much about that person.

@@BushwackerMan Thank you! Doing my best, though since I left the Hospital, for me life is not the best, not because of the accident but because of some people who are trying to force me to live in a certain way, when I never did or wanted as I was happy with what I had.
To stop any government from imposing rules is for everyone to just say NO and refuse to comply. But it will require Everyone to that. Freedom is being removed because people are complying with the rules, and its the fear that the government is using to get people to comply. Government induced FEAR is the best way to control people. Happy new year to you and your family..Old values are the best simple and efficient things get done better realistically I'm helping my youngest granddaughter she's autistic and has epilepsy she loves watching your wild camping and life skills that make more sense to her than any schooling she gets she's not a lover of society and how it's trying to mold her she finds it hard so we do camping bush crafts to build her confidence and self esteem she is so happy and accomplished in herself so we have decided to do more of this watch yourself when you do your stuff on CZcams to make her a happy productive young girl thank you 😊

How do you live like you do in the UK, I thought councils don’t let you live the way you want on your own land without planning permission, I’ve not seen all your vids, but I would love to buy woodland and live free like you do, any tips you can give me, so I can live free?

( I still struggle with that!) read them the stories of the Olden days when there wasn't a grocery or Air Condition! Tales of the great explorers of the wild dangerous places of the world like the Great Outback of Australia, the Mountain men of the North American Rockies, ask the questions "what would you do, if it were you lost in the woods?" spark the youthful imagination. too much of the magic and mystery has been robbed from the youth of today. everyone has the right to be whoever and conduct their lives however they wish and everyone else has to respect their choice. agreed. but that doesn't mean because I am self reliant, or technology adverse that I'm backwards. because i prepare and prep is a good thing and those who joke and wisecrack are covering their shame that they ill be relying on you to teach them when their gaslighting claims of conspiracy theory suddenly becomes a fact of life. Have to pay our council tax. Hope for good health and happiness but when it all goes wrong whos there. The police the fire brigade and the nhs.
We need these people even if we are off grid or livin away from it all.

refreshing to hear someone else with the same thoughts and values.. i dont own any land but im in the process of building a long term camp in a secluded woodland.. my goal by the end of the year is to get a veg patch up there n do some long term camping in prep for the shit to come.. if all else fails, head to the hills!
