Generating nonprofit revenue consistently can take awhile - could you speed up the process? #nonprofit #startinganonprofit #fundraising
I’ve talked before about things I wish I’d done differently in the early days of starting my nonprofit. One of those things is thinking more strategically about our fundraising and revenue generation earlier on.
Looking back, I can identify the exact point in our nonprofit’s history that took us from stagnating with inconsistent funding from being able to grow - and sometimes even double - our budget each year during a more aggressive growth period.
