Pooja I have been done this from past many yrs with black bella with fresh grated ginger and cardamom its taste great. Boil black bella with little water stain in a cloth to remove dust n stones and then add freshly grated ginger and crossley powdered cardamom boil all together n bring it to thick form like honey stain in a cloth n store in a glass bottle like how we store honey......
Put hot tea in cups and add bella ginger syrup as u desire. This bella syrup use for tea and to eat after food ...
All the best pooja try my way of making bella syrup easy to use and easy to carry too ... its awesome....
