The quickest and most effective way to install flexible CV boots with diameters up to 115mm. Designed and made in the UK, the bootgun uses a compressed air supply to stretch the CV boot onto the drive shaft with the minimum of effort. The bootgun is simple to use, just connect the airline, slide the boot onto the tool, expand the arms, push the boot into place and remove the tool. WARNING be aware that this REQUIRE a FLEXIBLE rubber boot. A normal rubber boot is too hard and rarely flexible and will NOT work! I have the same pressure CV boot gun and it will NOT spread a "normal" CV boot, you really need to ask the shop for a FLEXIBLE one, otherwise you will be highly disappointed and end up like me removing the whole CV axle and CV joint from the car in order to install a new CV boot.
