well if you don't read the "common" tag, the blue cursor box kinda looks like a blue tint, and calling a yellow piece of gear legendary is pretty natural, considering world of warcraft has been using blue for rare and yellow for legendary for over a decade O_o

You can't buy Mother Boxes (for cheap at least) because you earn cash when you open the mother box itself. You could just gather several mother boxes like you did and just keep buying and opening until you have every piece of gear.
You could buy them just not platinum & diamond ones

I bought on th ps store and I set it up to download at midnight
TIP to anyone who's getting Injustice 2; From what i can tell, opening crates early on in the game looks to be a bad idea. Even epic gear for a low level character will get you crap stats for it. After playing the beta, my level 20 supergirl ended up getting COMMON pieces of gear with 100 - 200 attached in all 4 fields. Best bet is to save up a bunch of crates and opening them once majority of your best characters are super high levels.
timetraveling29 You know you can reroll stats on gear to make them the level your character is plus give them new stats?
You should just open the mother boxes, e level of the gear inside is based off of hen you get them, so it is a waste to save them

I do wanna know though, are character loadouts reflected on story mode? Seeing chapter 1 of the story on mobile vs the latest Watchtower stream showed different loadouts for Batman and Superman which had me curious. Would be awesome if that's the case.
