very funny 😂. the tip given at 17:10 is also quite real. Imagine a bright light, or a bright sun filled filled with warmth and positive feelings enveloping you, put your hands your back, a thumb pressing against the other palm. It will ward off lower ghosts temporarily away from you, it's almost like a patronus warding off dementors in Harry Potter.

NUS hostel also scary. Especially in the night you can feel the chills. Esp they have one room window directly facing a church.

If u have sandals placed next to your bed, never point it directly toward your bed. Otherwise, the ghost can make use of that to crawl onto your bed. Alternatively, u can place the sandals one up one down, to symbolise Yin Yang, so as to prevent spiritual disturbances
How they describe sleep paralysis is basically the same as what I have gone through. Dark shadows + the thing talking to you, can't tell if it's man or women. It's like both at the same time.
If u have Sleep Paralysis, u can actually visualise a radiant Sun. After that, u will start to feel better & regain your movement
