I like how the Ricon/Braun wheelchair lift operation is consistent throughout all vehicle manufacturers. This Prevost WCL operates exactly like my MCI WCL.

Cassette lifts are good so you don't take up space with regular lifts like you see on school or transit buses

Small wheels? So I guess you completely ignore the fact or don’t know, most power wheelchairs are now mid wheel or front wheel drive, driving on and driving off orientation should be the choice of the user, especially with power chairs as opposed to manuals. What’s the weight restriction on these Ricon lifts, and why not show the restraint system you are using etc.

I use these lifts (I’m a power wheelchair user) they never feel safe with my wheelchair, It weighs 417lbs empty & 642lbs with me in it.
My wheelchair is a Permobil M5 (mid wheel drive)
I also hate getting in the bus backwards with no one to guide me in, it’s very very dangerous.
Also coming back out, I cant back out onto the lift,
When you design these lifts & buses, you totally excluded actual people WITH disabilities, as well as the actual wheelchair manufacturers (like Permobil) & it’s shows with all the issues transit agencies have with breakdowns & drivers not getting enough training.
