I have the same model as yours, the aesthetic is very impressive, and i felt i got a great deal. i bought this watch for testing if i really like mech watch before spending a bit more money to get something "better".
I have this watch, same color variant, it is awesome! Works very good, even the automatic winding is very efficient, although it is unidirectional winding, similar to miyota mechanisms. No manual winding needed by me, if I wear it for 1 day, it lasts till next day evening on the table at least, I'm very happy.
Nice video bro! Very straight forward and concise. May I ask hows the case? Is it full stainless steel? Im planning to get this one but I wanted to make sure that the case wouldnt tarnish over a short period of time.
The specification says that the case and the clasp is stainless steel, I purchased the rose gold variant and the colour kind of fades over time, if you would like to get one I would recommend to get the silver colour variant. Thanks!
How to adjust the date and day of the week the first time? Are these the side buttons, where does the key come from to press? Sorry for the English, I speak Portuguese.
It seems impossible to make a watch with this many features and complications for such a low price. And it probably is. Because if you read their user reviews, a great many people say the watch stopped working, or never arrived, and the vendor never replied when asked for a refund or exchange. Many others loved the watch, so I suppose you are just taking a gamble if you order one. Hopefully, you might be one of the lucky ones who got one that worked for a while.
I think it also depends on the way we use it, I just sold this watch a few days ago. Works perfectly fine still. But you're right, it's a gamble. I won't buy a Lige again. Right now I'm exploring Pagani Designs.
I think these cheap Chinese watches have a real problem with quality control. Sometimes they work great, and sometimes they fail right out of the box. And returning them isn't a real option because the postage to send them back is more than the price you paid for the watch. We buy them because they are cheap, and they are fun. But most of us know we are taking a risk. My two Poedagars work great so far, but my Forsining and Jaragar watches keep terrible time, and need hand winding despite being "automatic watches." The bottom line is you get what you pay for, and there is no free lunch. My Pagani Design watches all work great, but they cost a lot more. And I am sure that a $20,000 Rolex would work even better.
@@Marty4650 true. Forshining, winne jaragar etc are garbage. Even i started out with a Winner watch. We gotta slowly climb the ladder. When it comes to the QC I really doubt if watches like forshining etc really do have it.
@@abdullahjaufer2938 What you said is absolutely true. You cannot put all the Chinese brands in the same category. Like everywhere else, there are different quality tiers. With Steeldrive, Addiesdrive, Cadisen, and Pagani Design somewhere slightly behind. The Lige. Poedegar, Sapphero, and Benyar are at the bottom. And then there is a "rock bottom group" consisting of Winner, Paragar, Forsining and all the no name brands. But even the cheapest ones can be reliable watches if they have quartz movements. I have a question regarding the time adjustment. In the manual, it says that we should turn the crown clockwise, making the hands move counterclockwise, it is correct or should we just turn the crown counterclockwise making the hands move clockwise?
@@abdullahjaufer2938 Hey, thanks for replying! I thought so too. The picture in the manual makes me believe that we should just be careful winding the movement and that we could adjust time anyway we want, but I thought I should ask just to make sure. They just didn't make it clear enough, they've drawn an arrow to show the right way to wind and wrote a warning box but nothing is said specifically about time adjustments. Also, as the crown is pushed all the way out, I don't think the movement is working on the hands, making them rotate either way. Anyway, great watch!
