I'm very thankful to you for your these informative videos. My child has been suffering from mild Autism but he has improved alot. Just by watching your videos I've learnt alot. Nowadays actually I'm Also noticing smthing that when my son wakes up he talks with himself alot and all he talks about are previous incidents it might be sm instructions I gave him or either he experienced smth fun or bad. He also rhymes any specific poem or song all day along. Please advise what should I do. And yes since he joined School he's changed alot.
Hi Mam, my son also doing self talk as soon as he gets up in the morning and he keep on doing it whole day not sure how can I divert him and the way you correctly mentioned he creates patterns, put things in the line and picks up any object (it could be anything like small parking ticket, toothbrush, small part of any toy) and keep looking at it from the sides of the eyes please let me know how can I divert or distract him....thanks in advance.

Hi Ina, my son used to sit a lot in cardboard box like you shares pic of Viraj.
What we did yesterday we used this box to make him sit tied a rope and make a go cart.. he just loved it.. we keep playing with him in different ways and this is perfectly normal my baby brother and i used to play the same way when we were kids
My kid is 2.7 yrs...we taught him marathi varna mala and current teaching a b c...now here the scenerio is whenever he is ideal he repeates that marathi varna mala in different different variances... sometime normal a, aa, e nd sometimes he stretches the letters as if he is singing...is this ok over here or do i need to stop him

Hello mam..i recently started watching your vedios and they are really of a very big help ,as I can connect to it and can actually understand what is happening to my son and why it is happening , self talk krta h Mera beta mostly rhymes hote h n pretend play k time hi,lambi speech hoti h with jargon words ,bich me kuch words meaningful hote hai, also excessive crying without any reason ,ye bhi mere bete k sath hota hai, n as you explained I really hope ye with time improve ho jaega, now Inna ji the only major problem I have with my son is communication deficit and language deficit (speech n echolalia is there) , he does understand small simple commands , but when he is into repeating something,like chizi chizi , he will not listen,wait or try to understand what I am telling him, like "beta de rhi hu, wait", though he understands small commands bus jaha kuch repeat Krna shuru kiya to tb tk bolega jb tk mil na jae, kayi bar ye chiz bhot irritate bhi kr deti h , kyuki har chiz usi moment kr pana possible nhi hota, can u please suggest something ki is chiz ko kese improve Kiya ja skta h
Baki my son has not been diagnosed with autism yet ,i hv taken him to pediatrician who suspected him to be mild autistic ,she will be referring me to some psychologist for final diagnosis. my son doesn't hv much sensory issue. So should I go for some therapy ya khud hi day to day life me involved teaching se hi farq pad jaega, ye bhi please guide kijiega ,i will be very thankful to you.

And as you mentioned "Be the therapist for your child" , I too feel it will help my child best ,as I know where does he lag n where should I put more effort on him. Once again ,Thank you so much dear. One more thing I want to ask you here , that along with communication deficit ,my child also has tendency of pushing and hitting others,either adults or child ( he takes it as if he is playing by doing that ),even if we say no beta ,it hurts (we add "ouch" word here ,as he understands pain or hurt this way ),we stop him innumerable times but still he can't stop that action and usse ye ho jata h . Is it because of insufficient "verbal" expressive language or is it something about his behaviour that i hv to work on . Please guide dear,how can I work on this,i will be really thankful to you .đđčđđčđ.

Mam, mera problem yeh hain ki, mera sade teen saal ka beta moderate autistic bachha hain, jo dinbhar self bahuthi kam karta hain kyunki main usse din bhar activities main busy rakhti hu but jab wo sone jata hain raat ko tab wo continue aadha ghanta to hi self talk karta hain. Tab use distract bhi kiya to bhi nahi sunta hain.please guide me.baki usse bahut kam sensory issues hain abhi.wo acche se cope kar raha hain.

Hi! Ina, can u please make a video on how to make the child to chew food? My son knows only to chew chicken but not other foods,he just swallows it, Nor does he chew rotis or dosa or even snacks.he just licks them.
Take help of a speech therapist. You can use chewing tube having red color and put his favourite food items in small bits inside. Make him to chew it. It will take time but it works. You can use chewing gum. Put it inside a clean white cloth so that it won't stuck in throat. Put it in the mouth and make him chew. This works for my kid. The therapist used this trick for him. Hope it will help.

Hii ina plz tell me role of eeg and mri. kya mri se clear ho jayega ki autism virtual hai genetic and environment factor ki wajha se hai
Eeg is done to check the brain activity by sending waves.. and it only tells u which oart of brain is impacted nothing is in relations to genetic testing here .tthey have a way to test its safe... MRI checks for any pathalogic issues.. if u plan another baby rather u undergo a genetic testing which lets u know what exact issues are there in ur genes which could pass in ur child.. pls do check this with doctor.. for kids there is never a genetic test which can detect that a kid has autism or not else after delivery this would have been the first test run on kids and raise a red flag to parents..

My son is 3 years old he does self talk since he turn 2 and we thought it is normal for a baby to talk in different way. But after he didn't talk normal language as we did. With that we consult a doctor for check it thoroughly what is happening to our baby and we came to know that he is hyper active and running around everytime. So after that he got admitted at brain school for 2 months. At there the sitting capacity has improved and with that he learned ABC and numbers as well.
Now school is over he is with us.
Kindly suggest us how we can now work on his speech. Do we admit him to regular school as suggest by the therapist to socialize him as many as u can.

Self talk is echolalia of what is heard somewhere and kids do it as a self simulatory behavior to calm themselves

Fatima it could be a delay in language development.. nothing lese if any other trait is not there then just keep the engagement high with ur baby and try to ask questions and let ur baby answer

Mam Omega-3 fatty acid syrup (Megawise) 4 year kids ke liye thik rahega..Pls boliye ..becos u have lots of exp..My doc suggest...Pls chek composition of Megawise syrup in net...it contains Omega-3 fatty acids.mam omega-3 fatty acid kya brain ke liye accha hoga..iska koi side effect apne suna kya...
Hi.. tanmoy actually to be fairly honest jo maine use kiye hain maine unhi k links update kare hain fish oil wale video k description box mein uske alwa jab tak main viraj k liye use nai karleti tab tak main kisi ko recommend nai karti because bacho ki health and safety ki bat ajati hai.. dha component must hona chaiye dha and epa these two should be present ... Fish oil ki quality bahut matter karti hai agar quality premium nai hoti toh that does not show much effect
