I don't think they focus a lot on CGPA, the skills discussed in video lke coding, os and system design must be strong.

So if you are asking wrt nutanix interviews a lot of focus is there on practical os knowledge rather than just theory, so you can start by trying to write codes of the common problems such as reader writer, scheduling etc. There is also book called Operating System Concepts (2012) by Silberschatz, Galvin and Gagne. Its the standard text book used in most of colleges and its really good. Also you can find a lot of coding problems on internet for OS to practice.

Nutanix mainly focuses on coding . R they hiring other branch other then computer science or IS
if you are from some other branch still have decent knowledge of ds/algo/os etc,i think will hire if you clear

System design me kam hoti hai, OS me thodi bhut hoti hai.. ha but company pe depend krta hai ke vo puchegi ya nhi.. most of the companies in topics se jyada theory puchte hai.. but kuch companies jaise agar tum mera Nutanix ka interview experience vala video dekhoge to usme in topics se code bhi puche the.. but haa most of the companies theory tak hi rhti hai for these topics.

No, it is not just Kruskal. You are not expected to connect all nodes of the graph. You need to use MST, but MST is required when one needs to connect all nodes of the graph. The constraint was changed in this part.
