So the whole things is that sweat is a rookie and doesn’t have much experience yet, while Dwelley is good, so I think it’s better to perhaps trade away dwelley and maybe sign a free agent and give sweat a chance to develop his rookie year.
Dwellet is by far the moar underrated player on the Chargers. But come please keep him

Both, if you trade dwelly the other team is gonna use him very well bc not all teams have 2 really good wr, specially if a division rival like KC takes him. He is really good and it's just hard for him with a really good wr getting all the receptions and attention and sweat is just a rookie, and he's still developing, give him another year like jefe did with Walton and it worked, or bench him for 1 game to let him rest, but keep him.

Sweat is very young and just needs more time to develop. If you don't like how he is playing he can be benched but he really needs time to develop. Only get rid of him if there is a better free agent interested in the team
For Dwelley, someone is needed on the other side of Peep. He has been getting touches and yards, but not touchdowns. Keep him if you can promise that he will get more touchdown opportunities

I agree with what everyone else is saying I suggest you keep Dwelley but trade Sweat. Sweat honestly kind of reminds me of a Ryan Leaf on defense now that he's been drafted by an NFL team he doesn't seem to try at all when on the field or he just doesn't want to play for the Chargers either way I suggest you trade him and get a veteran defensive free agent who can be a mentor in the locker room. Also on a side note I totally understand your frustration with the officials ruling Whitney as down. I noticed Retro Bowl has been updated a little bit and I'm hoping sometime in the future they'll add it where you can throw challenge flags. I guarantee if you had thrown the flag and they reviewed it the call definitely would have been reversed. Anyways looking forward to the games against the Panthers and Jets both are very winnable games. Good luck next week.

Trade Dwelley. Keep Sweat. Ever since Whitney came along Dwelley just no longer exist and is no longer needed. That is also why Mullens should have said in LA because he makes sure he builds chemistry with his targets. And Sweat is way younger than Dwelley. And he still needs a bit more time to develop. But Dwelley has been proved what he can do on the field. And Whitney just refuses to look at him. Because on the 2 pt. Against the Raiders he was wide for a easy conversation. But whitney decided to scramble. So trade Dwelley
