The one who became the imam of Ummah and to be followed was Rasulullah because he was the last prophet of all the prophets and Rasulullah had high morals. if you are in pakistan of course citizens of pakistani who fill the mosque, if you are in india of course muslim citizens of indian who will fill the mosque.. so too if you are in turkey, but try to be in a mixed -race country like North borneo, you won't find what you said unless the diversity of ethnic tribes fills the mosque space for jumuah prayers what did you see until you issued such a statement? what’s wrong here is believer not his religion.
