Thanks! It really is a gorgeous property.
I'm liking this channel. You do a great job of showing these properties, and while the prices are probably higher than just going out and finding your own place, by buying up large areas and making homestead sized places available to folks that may not have a lot of cash reserves at a low down and a low monthly payment you are really providing a great service. My only complaint is that you do not say what state the property is in, and a link to google maps would be useful as well since you can easily flip between map and satellite view without downloading an app. Personally I hate using the internet on my phone, and a phone app is not an option on my computer, but I use Google maps all of the time.
The state reference is because I live in AR, and I have no interest in moving to MO, but I do love this area. You have shown properties in both states, for example on Bull shoals lake.
You do need to get more organized for trecking through the woods...maybe a small man purse for your Ipad so that you can have at least one hand free if you slip. :)
