Made me realise how long 5428 has been here. I took out 2 or 3 leaking superheater elements soon after it arrived as they were leaking. Then fired it on a test run up to Goathland. I cut my teeth on black 5's and class 4 tanks! Now I'm an old man. How quickly 50 years go past. No shed facilities then, just a tin bath in front of the fire in Tunnel Cottages! Then empty the bath down the drain outside the back door. The loco still runs and does exactly what it should but I wish I could get a rebuild! Grand sight to see though, long may it continue to steam on.

Bloody hell was the driver of 44806 @6:13 in a hurry lol. Was that REPTON in the sheds? Be nice to see REPTON out and about again.

He did ease off a bit as he came closer to me but up through the station he did seem to be in a hurry 😂🤣 and it was half of Repton in the sheds so not sure on what they are doing with it.

11:12 The grouse did the same stunt as the Aerosmith guitarist in “Living on the edge” video.
