No reliable /recommended choices from Tata as of now. We will definitely recommend if service support and electronics failure rate get better.
Punch is one of the best in small car segment, descent engine, reliable and very low maintenance cost.
I bought a Punch in feb 2022 and it's been a pleasant experience, but the service centres are less and overloaded, so obviously the service centre quality is low but hopefully they increase their standards with all the new models being launched.
Of course bro, that's one of the main reasons we didn't recommend... Many known people have had issues with service and staff behaviour.
No doubt, Tata has some impressive cars, but engines are unrefined, electronics are failure prone and after the recent Delhi rains we saw many new Tata cars with failed electronics standing by the road.
Being an honest CZcams channel we simply can't recommend that experience to our viewers. There are already lots of channels that hype Tata cars unnecessarily under "desh bhakti" marketing tactics, we simply don't wanna be one of them.

Service centres nd too much electric components, unreliable engine are bigger reason but Their Nexon Love is also a reason...They love Their Nexon so much That Every Car in Every segment have 70-80% Nexon Look... Whenever people got bored from Nexon type look they don't have other options...

Bro a little correction. Amaze E has been discontinued. Suggest S variant. It is also under 8 lakh and a much VFM variant than the old stock of E variant before discontinuation.

Yes, but brother, our viewers are from all over India, and on road pricing varies extremely, plus nowadays you get different insurance policies as well... That's why we kept only ex-showroom prices as it is the only constant across India.

Nexon - electrical issues
3xo - inside space worse than outgoing xuv300, and overpriced
Sonet - underpowered, turbo unreliable(long term)
Try the Nissan Magnite Turbo and Grand Vitara Sigma is a fantastic value proposition

Must say.. very well select cars to list in best of each budget.. I agree with this list except in one place 8-10 L me there are cars like glanza, I 20 asta/sports.. which are right in the middle of practicality of wagon R like cars and hot hatch. Also you forgot about I10 nios.
Apart from that, I agree with all other cars in list.. I am from automobile background too and I understand the reasons of this list. Thankfully no TATA in the list..

Fully aware that Tata's are unrefined and deadass flat performance engines, services network is a load of crap and even the sellers are showing too much attitude these days, I heard some cases. Still, all said and done, a consumer with an entry-level budget i.e. 5-6.5 lac price bracket should prefer Tata's (Punch and Tiago) compared to any of the Maruti's (Ignis, Swift, Celerio, WagonR) just on the basis of build quality and safety subject. Because consumers of this price bracket are either first-time car buyers or usually shifting from two-wheelers, and they deserve a safe product. Cuz all of the Maruti's under Brezza segment are just too thin-ly built. And Punch and Tiago doesn't have all such shenanigans of fancy electrics like the facelifted Nexon in which they've turned even the AC controls to touch controls. So yeah probability of tension free experience is slightly better here compared to Nexon's and the Harrier's...

i would always choose an ertiga over a carens. Ertiga is much more practical, cheap after sales, cheap service more reliable, has 3 star safety rating and best resale. The monthly sales figure of carens are nowhere close to that of an ertiga and this shows how much trust people have in this car.
I have even sat in third row of both ertiga and carens and trust me ertiga has best third row seating, you don't sit in knees up position like you do in carens and most 7 seaters.
If you ask me the ertiga is the best MPV under 11 lakhs. and how could you guys missed brezza in you list.
Brezza is marutis most safest car, very practical and roomy cabin and very comfortable seats as well as ride quality.
The monthly sales figure of a car is an interesting metric but it has nothing to do with how good a car is.
alcazar doesn't come with 2.0 na petrol engine anymore, it has 1.5 TGDI
But the recommendation still stands

Disappointed not to see Maruti Suzuki Swift in this which is the hatchback champion car in its segment since 2004. Swift's only issue is it's not a 4 or 5 star rated in NCaps safety standards otherwise looks, mileage, interior, features all are great in this car & also it has very smooth reliable engine for smooth & sporty feelings driving experience & Swift has great resale value as well add cherry on the top Maruti's nation wide great service centre covarage
