Saw my barber wearing these on 2/3. Never heard of them. Went to Sneakers app and all sold out in all but 2 sizes. A search showed Footlocker and Hibbett releasing them on 2/11. Sold out on Footlocker (which sucks balls) and Hibbett (which used to be my go to but now sucks balls too) At 2 p.m. I found my size on FinishLine (which normally sucks balls) My first decent win in almost a year! Bottom line ... Had Nike officially branded these as 'Space Jam 1 Mids' they'd have sold out instantly. Because they were listed as 'Jordan 1 mid' they were not an impossible cop. Glad Nike didn't choose to put these out there ... either by design or mistake. My only regret now is not doubling up because that patent leather does scuff quick! My favorite release of the year.

Mines came with the patent leather scratched. It small and not really noticeable, but I know it’s there. I wanted to cry. I’m scared to send them back for a replacement and then they are sold out

Same. Very small scuff. Hardly noticeable, but I see it. Disappointed in quality control and no chance to get a replacement.
If you are going to wear these, that patent leather will scuff quick anyways. If for display only, sorry that happened to you. My Jordan 5 OC infareds came with the 3M reflective tongue scuffed. Eastbay at the time said there was nothing they could do to replace it.
Mine came with minor defects/ scratches on the patent leather and loose threads on the Jordan logo on the tongue smh
@@tajmccullough4941 Mine too. Superficial but not minty right out of the box. Nike should come up with some way to protect materials like patent leather and 3M ... but they won't. They cut corners on even the inserts! Wadded up paper in a $220 pair of Jordans. Smh. They can't even afford cardboard?
