Does your Samsung Phone not charge even after replacing the port?
Well the solution could be a simple solder job, check the cable connection and solder the two outer pads of the connector.

What is that long, little white wire on the right hand side of the phone (right side in the video) at the 52 second mark in the video? That little white wire is disconnected from where it should be when I opened up my phone. Do you know if that has anything to do with charging the phone? My phone will no longer charge. Wonder if that little white wire being disconnected is the culprit.
