How were the Cherokees....any big issues with them? My wife is looking at a new grand cherokee or a Tahoe.
@@digidrum2003 The Cherokees are great if you keep up on regular maintenance. I had a 2014 Overland and wife had a 2011 Limited. Both over 100K traded in around New Year. Hers had issues w heat and AC and otherwise was a horse. Mine was a pleasure to drive, a beast on highways but had a costly transmission issue after the warranty expired. I didn’t like the boxiness of the new Cherokee but it’s grown on me especially with the third row option. I’m really tall (6’6”) so the Tahoe fits me great and if I was going Jeep I’d look at the Wagoneer
I took one of these (MY20) on a pretty long road trip and it was epic. I am impressed with every new model that comes out. If you need a kid hauling SUV, this is a great option. Super sick video bru!

I think they need up update the transmission shift points and shifting as it’s a slow shifter for modern autos, even GM 9 speeds shift fast.
It shifts the way it does for smoothness. They can make it shift faster if they want but then it’ll feel just as disgusting as the 2015-2017 8 speed or like Fords 10 speed.
Tahoe feels closest to what were a continued Ford Escape would look like.

I find it hilarious still that GM never made a lane centering system for a vehicle this massive and likely to be road tripped. this thing desperately needs super cruise. though GM has botched the roll out of that for years now.

@@vanw4521 indeed, and for 2023 the tahoe and yukon top trims are getting it. but even that isn't a sure thing with the chip shortage, and it's only on the top trim. they have really failed at proliferating it down to lower models/trims. even a corolla has lane centering cruise standard at $20k. i think super cruise is amazing tech
