My goodness this hurt. I started cussing in languages I dont even know. My triceps did feel loser afer I regained consciousness from the pain. 🤣
Bro same
You still got your sense of humor so that's a plus!!😂 I told my family when ai stop joking about the pain I'm in that's when you need to worry. LOL!!
I just recently started lifting again after taking about a 7 year break from the gym. My very first say back I hit bench press and went too fast with too much volume, the next day I woke up and had the worst elbow pain I've ever had in my life. I was freaking out because I had a difficult even putting my airpods in, even scratching my nose quick if it was itching or brushing my teeth. After a few brutal days this finally gave me the relief to where I can do everyday tasks, I'm legitimately feeling emotional right now at the thought of this pain finally going away. Thank you so, so much
Oh, thank you so much! That really has helped me. I made a donation, really needed the advice.
I’ve had something like this that flared up a few years ago and hasn’t completely gone away. Very helpful thank you!
After one session of this exercise my 1 years worth of elbow pain has disappeared. Thanks so much. I was wrongly diagnosed with tennis elbow by medical professionals turns out I had tricep tendonitis all along.
I think the same with me man
@@cptwhoopazz me too
Same for me
Seeing results in minutes of doing this exercise! Thank you!
I had this tricep tendonitis for over 6 months until i saw ur video and tried that with tennis ball and it worked i went back to the gym i had no more pain in just 1 day doing ur exercise thank you alot doctor cant thank you enough.
My pain was instantly gone on a first trial. Thank you 🙏
I woke up today with TERRIBLE elbow pain, I watched this video and the 3 easy steps to fix snapping elbow. My elbow feels significantly better, thank you!
This video is two years old, but it still saved my elbow. I'm still relatively new to fitness and although I'm an athlete, I've only recently begun to properly take care of my body because I was dumb and didn't know my limits. This was the first time I've had this kind of elbow pain, and I was anxious and didn't know what to do. Thank you SOO MUCH for this, even if it's old, it's a literal lifesaver!!
What happened to you, where did it hurt and how did it get better. I just got this problem today going for a new bench record
@@thehorsemen7721 hey, it also happened to me today when going for a bench press record. How did it get better for you?
Got a horrible sharp pain out of nowhere in the back of left elbow unracking during a heavy bench session yesterday. Hopefully this can help out the powerlifting community. We’re always hurting ourselves!
Thank you. I’ve been struggling for a long time and this seemed to help a little bit👍🏼
Thanks for this! I only did this for a couple of minutes and I already feel improvement.
This legit works I’m amazed ! Wish I would of found this video 2 years ago

Does a pulled tricep have any connection with pinch nerve in the neck ?? I have some discomfort in the neck and it goes down to the tricep ?
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to learn about best tennis elbow therapy try Freds Elbow Helper (just google it ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

That was incredible. My elbow was so tight I can't bend my arm to remove my shirt. But after doing the exercise in the video, I can now bend my elbow without much pain. Thank you for sharing this.
Thank you so much. I was struggling to fold my hand and I used your technique. I didn't have both tools. I used 500 ml mineral water bottle. It fixed 90 percent. I can fold almost

Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄You are MOST Welcome and We are happy to hear that video has helped!
Had elbow pain/tricep tendonitis pain for over a year with zero help from rest/ice or using lacrosse balls. If you’ve had the pain for a while and there is no inflammation in your elbow then you need to perform eccentric tricep exercises and do them consistently. That is the only thing that has worked for me to repair the tendon without surgery. I am back to about 90-95% after 2-3 weeks. Look up Steven Low’s manual on overcoming tricep tendonitis
Hello and Thanks for Watching! We are happy to hear you found relief with the technique you used. Yes, if there is no inflammation in your elbow and this has been an issue for a while, the condition moves into what they call tendinopathy/tendinosis and may require different approaches. Thanks again for watching and your comment.😄
Hey, I looked this up and I can’t find anything about when to use the eccentrics. At the start of my workout? At the end? Should I even workout or only do these exercises? What was your approach?
Edit: I wanna add that I have a pulling sensation in my dorsal elbows (where the triceps tendon is) and no pain while doing PULLING exercises especially chin ups and bicep stuff
i tried eccentric for me it did nothing did it everyday for 3 weeks only made the pain worse
Thanks mane!
T H A N K YOU this helped me beyond believe take care and keep safe
I’m definitely going to try this
good dude man
Thank you! It works!!
Dude, I am watching this in my kitchen as I type. …watching your demo and rationale, I e picked up a can of RAID bug spray and set it in my island cutting table, dropped to a knee and rolled the pain right out.
I could go on with my excitement … really thanks for the precise and pertinent info to an issue that plagued me for 2 months as an auto tech.
Thank you for the good advice. 😊
Thank you for watching!
Did it worked for you?
Thanks for this vedio it is beneficial for what I have been through in my elbow now. Really hurts
Thank you Dr for the video. I had the green Theraband flexbar that I used and it worked great.
God bless you dude really helped me out thank you so much
You’re very welcome
Amazing thank you 🙏
Could not find the lacrosse ball at target, but did find a massage ball the same size with different levels of density, really helped. Can’t wait to finish out my sets of bench press after work.
A great and helpful exercise to stretch the triceps! If you don't have a lacrosse ball, you could also use a baseball or a billiard ball.
Thank you sir
Good morning sir, Thank you
omg thank you so much sir 😊I'm having a hard time sleeping right now untiI I try this.
amazing info
Hello and Thanks For Watching!😄Happy to hear that this video found you and helped.
This exercise is amazing ,I felt relief in less than 10 minutes I used an orange ,at the end I ate the orange ,I don't know if the relief came from by eating the orange or the exercise either way I am very pleased thank you, I'll be doing this several times a day I have been in pain for 3 months💪💪
🤣
Thanks for this vidéo
You’re very welcome. Thanks for watching
I’ve been having issues with my upper elbow part, I will give that a go with my foam roller! Thanks for sharing knowledge
How' your arm now?
Ty!!!!
Holy crap! Thank you for this video. I thought it was just tennis elbow but after this video I figured out I had tricep tendonitis. After just 4 days I can already feel it getting better. Hopefully this will will help when I get back to weightlifting.
how did it go?
tennis elbow is tricep tendonitis
I first watched this video and thought, "man this is so simple it's silly". Well I tried it and it really does work. I used a racquetball on my elbow with the tendinitis and I did indeed have a big knot right where my pain was. Only the racquetball was able to get down deep enough to work it out. This didn't make all my pain go away instantly (I'm on week 5 of rest and now it's almost gone), but following this technique let my elbow begin the healing processes for sure. Now I use this technique for knots and muscle tightness in other areas. Thank you for posting this video!!
Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄We are so happy that this video found you and has helped.
My tricep started hurting about 5 months ago. Now my elbow and shoulder hurt as well. I'll give these exercises a whirl.
It worked. Now I feel so good
Thank you! If you have an affiliate practice in NYC, please mention that in your About section. I've been to 2 PTs so far, one practiced medieval torture on my back with graston "therapy" and the other was just milking insurance and copay visits (stretched sessions and did procedures unnecessarily like assisted stretches where i knew and he knew how much they paid for each procedure and based on that, he would pick the higher reimbursed procedures to do.) I had one PT from 20 years ago as good as you and resolved a long term issue in 6 brutal sessions of real hands on therapy....guess what? He stopped practicing and runs the business with other PTs fresh out of school, and i tried it and complained esp. when they gave me a list of exercises to do without any explanation and never went back. Arrrg....very difficult to find a really good PT, so far lately, it's about a paycheck, not patient results.
I am now subscribing to you you are awesome
If this problem goes away by you I will make a donation. I have self diagnosed ridiculous I have pain from my upper elbow down to my hand my hand feels like arthritis it’s nerve pain And this rolling of my triceps is giving me relief as we speak
Did it work?
okay so I'm now pretty certain that a ton of people who think they have tennis elbow or lateral epicondilitis, *actually* have triceps tendonitis
**update 5/29/2020** my triceps tendinitis was a result of bench-pressing heavy too often, with insufficient recovery. Since quarantine, I've only done bodyweight exercises and with decreased intensity. For me, that was enough for tendinitis to more or less fully heal.
Hello! Thanks for Watching and your Comment!😄 “Knowledge Is Power.”
Yeah, I was one of them.
I was also one of them
Can i get this from doing push ups and burpees? Mine is right above my elbow and below the tricep.
Watch Tooncee" (chicharon) you will like the animation.
I think I will be continuing my CBD treatment. I was just given CBD products from Weedborn and I feel so much better these days : D
Thanks man you saved me
You are Most Welcome!😄So happy to hear that this video helped you. Thanks for Watching and your comment!
Being In The military especially going to special operations group the body definitely hits overuse easily do to working out , rucking , caring gear plus wearing kit which weighs roughly 45lbs alone. All that tears you apart and this technique of rolling really helps me recover from my everyday activities
Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄We are happy to hear that this video found you and has helped. Also, Thank You So Much For Your Service! Stay Safe!
You are a god damn legend
Thanks a lot
Thanks for watching!
I did this exercise with a silicone peanut and my tricep tendinitis feels better for the first time in months! Thank you!!
Thanks
thanks!... man helped a lot.🗿
You’re welcome. Thank for watching
Great video. I got no roller or ball as I am currently nude sunbathing so I tried leaning forward and used my right knee cap to rest my aching right elbow and moving them together is instant relief as if my knee was the ball/roller. Working
How much do you recommend rolling out if you have this elbow pain?? Should I do this once per day every day until it gets better? or a couple times per day?
I suffered a tricep injury for almost 5 years and did a lot of therapy to cure it but it didn't work
My triceps and chest were smaller than the side
Very small and not powerful
Then I saw your video and not yet a week I tried your therapy my triceps and chest are back to normal
My big and thick muscles are all back to normal
Thank you for the knowledge you share very useful and very magical 🙏
Kep on working the Doc and God bless you 🙏😇
Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄We are happy to hear that this video found you and has helped your condition. We wish you continued good health. Thanks again for watching and your comment.

Hey doc, how often should we do this? Thanks for the helpful video by the way!
Actually it really work. Before that when I was training my right arm was about 1cm smaller than my left arm. And thanks again💪
Hello and Thanks for Watching! 😄Happy to hear that this video found you and has helped.
It's really work😍 my triceps pain is totally relief thanku so much sir💓

Your helping
I went really heavy and did high volume.. first time Ive felt it almost on the cap of the elbow. Ive had tendonitis before.. but havent had it hurt on the cap. Ill try this tonight!!
My whole damn tricep hurt, elbow killing me for 9 months, this helped ah thanks buddy
thank you so much dr will, after 9 months of elbow pain due to triceps tendonitis i tried this simple exercise and that is what has made me feel better so far, i would like to know how often should i do this and what else can i add to my treatment?
That’s me!!! I’m using these techniques now. Hurts so good
We love a good hurt! It means you’re changing something.
I have upper arm pain, very painful at night and is not bicep pain. Unfortuantely with CoVid-19 crisis , I do not want to make a doctor visit. So searching youtube found this solution. I will try this and will let you know how it works in a few day. Hoping it works for me!
This shit actually works like magic, woooow thank you so much
Good
I'm going to try this when I get home. I've been using a ball for my back muscles up against the wall. When I would move to my arms i just could quite get the pressure I was looking for. Stupid me never thought to put it on a table and work it that way.
Doc, Thank you! like so many others, I thought I had golfers elbow. I realized it became the most irritated when I fired the tricep muscle while extending my left arm at the impact of the golf ball. The elbow tendonitis is pretty bad at this point. Should I do anything with ball on the elbow itself or just work the trigger points in the tricep muscle? Thanks again!
I love ❤️ your videos I will try everything 😂
Thankyou
You’re very welcome
Txs
Dude THANK YOUUUUU I’ve been having this problem for months and when I saw this I grabbed my can of green beans and did this
When I was benching I felt pain in my elbow under the tricep area and this burning sensation would last a few days and go. 1 year later every time I even do a SINGLE push up the pain is back and will last a few days. Did what you recommended and immediately did some pushups. By my 8th rep the pain was back but not as bad. This is a massive improvement! THANKS!
I have the same problem every time I try to work out with any push exercises. Did you ever entirely fix the problem? Thank you!
My hand feels much better now
