What I love in this specific live performance is that you can see that Demi was actively reading Adam for what pitches he was going for so they could genuinely harmonize and let him shine. That, in itself, is beautiful.
Plus, her voice is trashed from years of addictions and abuse.
Can I tell you that when Adam Lambert sang this on American Idol I was just blown away. Probably one of my favorite performances on Idol and still remains so. Seeing Adam and Demi together WOW! ❤️

The first time I heard Adam Lambert I was jumping out of my chair. He has the Best voice I have ever heard.
I am 75 now and hearing him again brought tears to my eyes. I have always wanted to meet him.
