It helps fight Carpel tunnel and makes everything match when landing large amounts of wires inside a distribution center

It's marginally faster than stripping by hand, but I could see the advantage if you are connecting a wall of panels or load centers, or transformers, and the electrical room is your workspace for the day. If I'm connecting 1 three phase panel (main conductors), I think I would just opt to strip the wires by hand.

Yes I started out by hand then the tool final came after I got one power center done . And from there is was history the time it takes to do one power center by hand I got 2 done with this tool so it will pay for itself in a week of terms.

Damn… Here I am stripping 22-18 conductors. What happens when you dnt have a specialized tool for stripping? Is it normal to strip wires that thick by hand?

Yes, it is normal to strip large conductors by hand, especially if you are stripping them to be pulled thru a conduit and you are making up your own cable head to be pulled with a tugger.

Yes it is normal and have been doing it that way for the past 20 year's but one full day of stripping 32- 600 thhn over 6 distribution cabinets my hands lock up at the end of day
