    thanks for the info, as I understood, someone should stay 3 years with temporary and 3 years with permanent + 4 months for application = 6 year 4 months to get citizenship, correct?

      No, after getting permanent residency you can apply for citizenship, meaning 3 years and a couple of months.

    Hi! If you have a spouse that is a serbian citizen, yet you are not and dont have possibility to live in Serbia for 3 straight years, are there any other ways or possibilities for you to attain citizenship for yourself and your shared child?

      Hi, for a shared child ,it would be a very straightforward process through a Serbian father, without the 3 year stay requirement. For a spouse, unfortunately, there is no way around it.

      @@ThePushUKLifestyle If you are a UK, US, Australian, Schengen passport holder, you can come visa free and apply for residency based on family reunion. If you hold other passports, you will need to obtain a D type visa first.

    Hi! It is a nice video. But I approach the topic from another way. I am a dual citizen and one of my citizenship is Serbian. How can I terminate my Serbian citizenship?
    - I live outside from Serbia since desintegration of Jugoslavia
    - I can not even speak the language
    - I will never plan to leave there
    Can I do it in a foreign embassy of Serbia?

      Hi, you can do it, there is a legal procedure to renounce your citizenship. You can start the process through the embassy or directly in Serbia.
