What Jacqueline did was wrong really wrong but she's been dreaming to become a fashiondesigner for very long and the job meant alot to her. She was also clearly inspired by Barbie's style and the other outfits so she used them for inspiration. She did wrong kidnapping the fairies but she wasn't actually going to hurt them she just wanted to be part of the fashiondesigner job. She is also the first villain who teams up with the heros after apoligiezing about the accident earlier❤❤❤❤
