I'm new to this . Today was my first time . I dont understand the visualizing of the flame . I try but see nothing in my mind as I listen to this . Does it actually come to be visualized in time . Or am I not doing it right . Thank you in advance . Help me teach me please
You close your eyes and then turn your focus into center (almost like being crossed eyed with your eyes closed) You are focusing on the center between your two eyes (your third eye area). Visualizing for me took a bit of practice. I would just focus my gaze (with my eyes closed) into the center point between my two eyes and imagine a violet flame. Sometimes it takes a bit to emerge, but with practice it will happen. Imagine the flame as best you can while focusing on the center between your eyes. Use your imagination to start creating it, then feel the feelings of it all around you. You will get it, it took me several tries before it came easier to me.
Thank you i have searched for a long time i felt comfortable here .question you wouldnt know what purple orb mean i see it 2/3 times a day and in my minds eye then pulsating fluxs in my minds eye a throbing sensation as im still learning things love and light to you thanks again
Purple orbs can represent your angels or light beings of different vibrational levels. I have seen gold, green and violet ones. They always feel of love and light Energy, here to help us or guide us in some way.

This use to be my favorite Violet Flame meditation on this platform but now it’s very annoying, due to being interrupted by ads. Can you remove the ads from this video to make the experience much better? There use to be no ads.
The ads are on your end, not my end. CZcams runs ads on accounts that are not premium. So, you can purchase a premium CZcams account or you can purchase (by donation) a program called Ad Blocker which blocks ads on CZcams. CZcams has changed their platform to incorporate more ads, unfortunately in order to stop them you have to pay their premium account fee.
