In this video, the beginning of the construction of self-made rollers to be used for the formation of sheet metal into cylinders, cones and more. It is planned to use for metal no more than 1.2 - 1.5 mm thick and up to 200 mm wide.
Chose a four-gross scheme to provide more accurate sheet bending. The minimum bending diameter is limited by a shaft of 30 mm, in fact the minimum depending on the springability of the steel will be about 45 mm. To remove a part with such a diameter, you will have to partially disassemble the rollers - although if you improve the shaft around which the sheet is wrapped (to make it removable), the usability should increase.
