Really helpful, thank you! My question is same as 5 Starr Productions: Is it possible to get a Teams notification or feed or activity alert rather than email? The alert works great on our channel but the notice is still among a kazillion emails in Outlook. I do have the channel's notification turn on for all changes for banner/feed but this doesn't seem as effective as your alert.

Thank you. I am working on something. There isn't an easy answer but there are options.

I'm having trouble cancelling an Alert that I set up for myself. How do you edit an alert previously set up?

You will have to go into Power Automate (via MS 365 web app client), and review "My Flows"

How about when someone entered a data in the file?

Hi. Do you mean, when someone enters data into a file? That is what this video is covering. Maybe I am misunderstanding your question? Let me know. Thanks.

Hi. I am curious if Microsoft teams can do the following. A file is created. It's a contact file. I would like to do the following if anyone updates that file. Get a Microsoft Teams notification, not an email and is there a way that the list of folks that will be notified of this change can see exactly what was changed? Thank you. Your video was mostly there but it was an email notification vs. a teams notification.

Hi David. Thanks for the question. Currently the alert me feature only sends alerts via Email or Text Message. Power Automate may be a better choice for you. Within Power Automate you create the flow (of automated tasks) that you want. Time to do some googling on this :).
