- We’ve come to the end of our mini Walt Disney World trip but that doesn’t mean we didn’t have time to squeeze in some more park action.

That really cracked me up. It’s one of those things that in normal life you don’t have to justify that you are now doing something different but when you vlog and the last thing you said was we are going here and then the next clip will be somewhere else you kinda have to explain. 😝
Have loved watching this series, well done Ian although I felt for you at the start of this vlog.
Great review of All Stars as we will be staying there in September. First time staying onsite and relying on Disney transport and Uber/Lyft.

@@theburgesses2004 thank you and we are relieved we booked All Stars as we nearly booked Rosen Inn. I felt the same as you after watching your new travel day, to me they just don’t look appealing.

We found the same with Terminal C, waiting for cases just takes so long. We also found when flying home the range of places to eat was very limited, last year we got rid of our cases then took the Monorail back to the old terminal to eat x

@@theburgesses2004 agreed although the kids have it in their head that they want to do every Disney park in the world (they have no concept of budget or savings!) booked Paris in October though!

Omg the song absolutely makes a difference. The first time we got conga I thought yeah that was good but ok. Then we got Disco inferno and I was hands up in the air and dancing. So damn good. Roll on April 2025🎉
Right? 100% makes a different. Even watching the footage with the Congo song on there was no cheering/screaming. Just meh 😑
Another great trip guys, brilliant as always. I'm like you Ian, my average work day is between 40k and 44k steps and when people find out I get some right weird looks like im a freak, haha.

@theburgesses2004 oh on my days off I'd be lucky to hit 2k if it weren't for the dog needing to go on walks so don't feel bad 😂
@@robturner4895 I used to reply on the dog and long walks but he’s getting older now so shorter walks for him 🐶

If I’m honest I don’t remember there being turbulence but I think Ian said there was some. ( I had a great sleep 😴). To be honest I don’t think it matters where you are sitting when it comes to turbulence. These were great seats plus this aircraft had no loos at the back so no queues 😃

He actually enjoyed watching it and showing interest but he's not coming to WDW with me he's going fishing in France so my 24 year old daughter is. Sophie's been before when she was much younger but doesn't really remember it as we went to DLP when she was in her teens. Not going until early March 26 as need to save, not sure when I can book it with BA, maybe March.

Ah that will be lovely though just the 2 of you. If you’re booking just flights it will be 11 months out after your return date. If you’re booking a package (flight and hotel or flight and car) you will be able to book earlier. Did you know you can even book flights and a hotel just for 1 night which makes it a package and then you only have to pay £50 each deposit? X

I was going to buy my Disney tickets through them as well but can I ask where you get yours? I noticed attraction tickets had a good deal at the mo, if we was going next year
Epcot is far better without teenagers grumpily stating that the Canada Show and the other bits are 'rubbish' - our two amused themselves pin trading and loved the Japan area
🤣 that’s 100% true. We came home and said to the kids we enjoyed Epcot and they just gave us the look of disgust. 🤣

I got one question using Uber the whole time was it strange? And was it cheaper than having your own car?
Thank you. Honestly not a fan of using Uber/Lyft but they are fine and pretty reliable (some questionable tho 😬). For this trip though where we were mainly staying at Disney it was fine. The next trip it became a pain having to order an Uber/ wait for the Uber plus paying and tip. One meal we wanted cost us $30 in an Uber there and back. I find it restricting. However all in all it is cheaper but mainly because you opt out on some places because of cost x
@@theburgesses2004 thanks for clarifying. The only advantage I see it that you safe on parking fees at the parks but on the other hand, as you said, you spend so much time waiting for your ride. So I would rather pay for parking and drive myself 😅

I 100% recommend those back seats. Actually I take that back. Always book the middle seats and leave the back for us 🤣🤣
