Good presentation. It should be very obvious to tidy and clean before photos. But some people either don’t care, or just don’t see it. Maybe they just don’t ever go into clean and tidy homes , to get the hint. I once viewed a house dirty underwear on stairs , one room was so full could not open the door. I came away disgusted, I had never seen such a messy house. Smells are bad to. And estate agents don’t tell clients, they can loose thousands. I just don’t get it

Wow, the kitchen was actually beautiful. But the before picture was just horrible. About the game room: it would have been even better with a fitting coffee table in it. And the children's room could have done without the wall stickers. To name a few. But overall you did a nice job! This family might decide to not sell the house, but instead fall in love with it all over again! It looked twice the house for twice the price without all the clutter.

Really bad advice to tell people to STASH stuff into the laundry room, the garage, closet....come on..a newbie to sales....people check out all those spaces and open closets and definitely look into garage!!!

I think this video was mainly advice on staging for pictures. But I could be wrong.
