OK we know terry good but lets talk about this wonderful lady. The fact that she dances so elegantly with terry's movements is astonishing. She is so effortless when she dances sheesh. Their energy together is fantastic to watch I mean phenomenal.
I agree with everything you said, but she’s quite boring to watch. She doesn’t seem to have much personal style.

She is an amazing dancer. Her name is Isabel Freiberger , she is a best at mambo. we have attended many of her workshop over the years and she is TOP .

This music has a very easy flair.it flows. Most dancers rock the beat and breaks within the music making it progressive , and cool to be expressive and strong. This song has a beautiful vocalization , the melody. Terry is following the lyrical flow and expression of the music. Terry’s partner is right on point ,a beautiful compliment and balance, a really nice Para Ti, Para Mi. That’s the beauty of being dancers. Thanks Terry

This is probably my favorite social dance lead by him. The follow was incredible as well. Really made me feel like when I first started watching people social dance, I was in awe then and I am in awe now.

Music and Dance, perform two differents aspect of creation of art, Music goes by time, melodie, silent, mayor chord, minor chord, seventh chord, diminished chord all type of chord... but went you dance with a partner both, they need to walk in the same time, differents time, out of time or no time, but definitely they both need grap by their on hands in order to create what you call Style. People complain always about styles of dance. But some time they forget about one thing,dancing its all about having fun and good time, because at the end its all about how much did you have fund and how much great time did you have went dance with new friends and old friends... That's what matter,at the end you just go home, go to sleep wake up and remember those best moments... Great performance, thanks for Sharing.... Definitely enjoyable. Thank you....

because this song is a classic song that you will hear in every viejoteca every sunday in cali colombia, actually, in any salsateca any day of the week, and they (calenos) interperet this song very differently to how these 2 are "dancing" it, if any caleno sees this, they will say, no rythem, no swing, no saoco, no candela, just walking back and forth with lots of turns, if i watch this video from the waist up, i like it, i watch the feet, the feet look heavy and flat on the floor, not agile, i dont like that, thats not hating, that a question of preference.... who gives a damn really, dancing is about fun, if they are having a good time, thats all thats important.....
I have not rated them, but you will agree that Terry as the leader has amazing combos, but his rythm to the music is terrible, all I see is walking and no dancing! As a good dancer your feet have to dance to the beat of the music, to the beat of the bass and the clave, you have to feel the music otherwise, it's not just walking with combos! With that being said, he does have amazing combos but terrible rythm! Case closed:)

How the hell did this man get this good?? I'm in NYC and I don't see any pro dancers this good. Nyc is where mambo started. In fact, the son of the mambo king himself, Eddie Torres Jr. has been doing this all his life and he doesn't have this type of flow. Just move after move after move of technicality and smoothness. And he's wearing sneakers??? No, fuck this...I need answers!
Eddi Jr and Terry, two different personal styles because of different backgrounds. For me both are just as good and nice to watch.
Two + I would give to Terry. In my eyes he added a kind of athleticism for men into social dance not seen before and his hand tricks are his own creation. Eddie Jr, Adolfo etc have not trascended Eddie Torres' repertoire.

@@dattepo7534 ... and it looks better in Eddie than in Terry. But Terry has more and different body movement. Eddie took it from his father, Terry from French hip hop dancers. As said hard to compare, both excel.

I think he is good, really good but I think that he needs more footwork and a more diverse palette of moves; I don't think that salsa should be all turns and turns (just my opinion).

It’s in the Latin American background which this fused music comes from.....it’s part of when the African would dance his music and sing his lyrics and when the Spaniard would dance his music and sing his lyrics as well. It’s all in history so unless you can show me other evidence showing something that is the main element of this music and dance it’s just your opinion....I am not stating opinion.

Hola. Seria interesante ver bailar a Terry, Eddie Torres padre y Eddie Torres hijo a la Charanga Habanera o Manolito y su Trabuco. Veo que son bastante buenos. Por más que busco no encuentros sus bailes de estos músicos. Para mi tienen la mejor música de salsa de las tantas que me gustan. Terry is the king of musicality and is exceptionally well at salsa. Just because he doesnt dance a basic 1-2-3 -5-6-7 for half the song does not mean this isnt salsa. This man is an encyclopedia for turn patterns

I agree with you. They don't listen to the rythm of the music. But they have a very good technique in dancing. To have them both it s rare to see in social dancing, at least on CZcams videos.

@@martinpurizaca43 creo que ya te sigo, no te refieres a lo que llamamos musicalidad (bailar según el tiempo, el ritmo, el fraseo y los acentos de la música) sino más bien a lo que muchos llaman "sabor", ¿es eso?.
Si es eso estoy de acuerdo, tienen mucho de lo primero pero poco de lo segundo. Sencillamente no forma parte de su estilo, y no me parece que les haga falta para bailar bonito y bien.

Terry en una sola lo he visto moverse al ritmo de la salsa, tiene buenas vueltas pero no tiene swin que debe tener la salsa, entiendo que no es latino y eso le pasa la factura, no soy hater ni nada por el estilo, pero LA SALSA SE SIENTE no se baila ROBOTICAMENTE.

Sobre el mismo patrón yo siento que Terry es alguien muy completo he visto videos de el bailando solo donde su comunicación con la musicalidad es única, muy pocas mujeres logran opacarlo en pareja, puede que no se mueva como muchos otros bailarines pero yo creo que es eso lo que hace diferente a cada bailarin, Terry sostiene varios estilo es un mismo baile, on2 on1 y pasos libros, cuando baila en pareja respeta la música con movimientos y a mi en lo personal me encanta pero cada quién tiene su criteriony gustos.
